Sunday Morning Bible Studies
Our goal is to see Christians gathering on Sundays for dynamics worships experience, and then finding their way into small groups to develop strong relationships with others and a growing personal walk with the Lord Jesus! All Sunday morning classes are at 9:45.

Descriptions
Bible in a Year - Deanna Wright, David and Janice Stiens will coordinate a
weekly discussion of the passages of Scripture that Scott has preached on the
prior week.
Participants are encouraged to take notes on
Scott's sermons, read the portions of the Bible
that he uses as his text, and come to class and share observations (what does
it say?),
interpretations (what does it mean?) and applications (what does it mean to
me?) Offered as
a way to stay on track with our church's plan to read through the Bible in
2012, this class will
definitely get you in the Word, and get the Word into you!
"Does
God Exist?"- John Speier will facilitate this class using a video series
that
goes through 3 major arguments for God's existence. It will be great to bolster
any believer's
faith! The videos will then be followed by "tactics in defending the
faith", which will help you
engage in conversations with nonbelievers and believers alike in a clear and
thoughtful way.
College students are particularly encouraged to come, as well as anyone else
interested in
strengthening their faith.
Biblical
Parenting 101 - David & Tamme Youmans and Rick & Patti Harper will
facilitate this attempt to see what the Bible says about parenting at every
stage of life - from
pre-birth to infancy, toddler times, childhood, the 'tween and teen years, and
parenting
young adults and beyond. Materials come from a Christianity Today Bible study
series,
supplemented with excerpts from Give Them Grace, and format will combine
sharing by the
facilitators with discussion in small groups. No guarantees, express or
implied, but merely an
attempt by fellow beggars to find bread for the wild and wonderful journey of
parenting!
The JOY
Class - Ronnie Treadway facilitates this great group, using the Biblically
based Lifeway materials for Sunday School. The class has been a wonderful source of body
life for members in the past, and promises to continue building one another up
as time is spent
together in class on Sundays AND outside of class in other awesome
opportunities to walk the
walk of faith.
Ladies 11:00 class - Through
the Bible -ladies only, during the 11 o'clock service - Bonnie Jones will be
offering this class for women who attend the 9:45 a.m. worship service, orwho
attend the 8:30
service and serve or teach children during the regular Sunday School hour. The
class content
will be coordinated with and complement the Bible reading schedule and Sunday
sermons,
with special emphasis on the covenants and on women in the Bible. If you are a
lady looking
for some in-depth, inductive Bible study with other like-minded sisters, come
join Bonnie at
11:00 a.m.!
